Great question!
As you scale and grow your business, and the number of customers that come along with that growth, be sure to take a long-game mindset. At some point, winning more customers isnβt always the solution. With customer growth comes the need for additional costs, employees, and others.
Customer growth can be a unique opportunity to promote an internal employee. Customer growth can be a great time to expand the responsibilities of your support, operations, or deliverable teams.
Adding more customers should not equal βmore work.β It simply should be the vehicle to help map out how customer support matures along with your business.
