The network you cultivate⦠professionally and personally, is a direct link to your fulfillment and/or successes.
Remember when your parents told you to āfind nice friends,ā or to ānot hang out with those kidsā from down the block? Itās no different in business.
If you find your business associated with fluster and being unorganized? Check your network and who youāre running with. Who did you hire thatās a bad cultural influence? Donāt forget internal employees or business partners are also direct network associates.
On the flip side, if you find your business financials or spending to be locked in, and you're capturing margin and revenue like you havenāt before? Check your network. Who are you associating with thatās helping influence these behaviors?
Your net worth will almost always be tied to your network.
