When it comes to 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦, I like to look at the concept being as simple.

S is for Strategy. What is your prospecting strategy? Who are your targets?

A is for Activity. I can all but guarantee that if your 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦 are struggling, you need to increase your selling activities.

L is for Leads. Referrals, Prospected opportunities, Current customers, etc.

E is for Engagement. This is the secret sauce for succeeding in 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦. How, when, where, and why are you engaging with a prospect must be understood, and planned.

S is for Solving Problems. This is how you close business. You’re simply helping a prospect solve either a given or uncovered problem or challenge from your prospect(s).
